At Million Women Mentors - Delaware, we are empowering girls to grow their confidence via hands-on STEM activities like our signature event, Engineering Your Tomorrow, and our mentorship program. We are 100% volunteer run. Our volunteers come from all walks of life - STEM industry professionals, educators, parents, and community members. We need volunteers to organize and run events, mentor girls, develop partnerships with like-minded organizations and help promote our mission with sponsors.

Membership is free and provides access to our community of passionate STEM professionals, our women's networking events, our calendar of volunteer opportunities as well as our monthly newsletter. We welcome individuals or your entire Women's Network. We welcome women, men, and gender non-binary individuals as members. Teamwork makes the dream work for our girls!
