At Million Women Mentors - Delaware, we organize a variety of events designed to inspire and empower girls and women in STEM. From hands-on engineering challenges and mentoring sessions to community outreach programs and networking events, our gatherings are tailored to build skills, confidence, and connections.

Engineering Your Tomorrow (EYT) is our signature STEM event for middle school girls. Originally created and run by DuPont engineers and scientists, EYT has a rich 30+ year history as Delaware's premier event that connects girls with women STEM role models. MWM-DE was proud to restart this event in 2024 and continue that legacy.
DE Women and Girls in STEM Day
MWM-DE is proud to host Delaware Women & Girls in STEM Day, the creation of Jackie "The STEM Queen" Means. Each year, the governor signs a proclamation and both the Delaware House and Senate pass legislation declaring the day in honor of girls and women in STEM. We are proud to honor 10 Outstanding Women in STEM as part of this event.
