At our STEM events, girls rise to the challenge through collaboration, creativity and leadership with the guidance of our college student near-peer mentors and our women STEM professionals. Using the engineering design cycle, they build creative solutions to tough problems and see how they can give back to their communities through STEM.
Our Mission
Million Women Mentors – Delaware empowers girls to believe in themselves. At our events, girls build confidence and a growth mindset while learning to tackle challenges, embrace failure, and find their voice.
We believe that when girls are trusted with meaningful challenges and mentored by women who have walked the path before them, they gain more than STEM skills. They learn to see themselves as problem-solvers, innovators, and leaders who can shape the world and impact their communities.
